Wymagania

  • Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in Service Delivery Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics
  • Proficiency in agile software delivery and experience with agile at scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
  • Proven ability to drive engagements at both the executive (CxO) level and with delivery execution teams
  • Proven records of financial accountability and ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes
  • Innovation and continuous improvement mindset to drive project success
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Leading and managing projects and services from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication
  • Driving innovation and sustainability within projects, fostering an environment that encourages new ideas
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with end-to-end financial accountability
  • Managing service KPIs with a continuous improvement approach
  • Collaborating with cross-functional, multinational, and distributed teams
  • Providing guidance and support to clients, acting as a trusted advisor
