• 5+ years of experience in the game industry, with at least 2 years specifically creating creatures or animals for AAA titles
• Skills in creating fur, feathers, or scales using texture cards or geometric solutions
• Strong understanding of real-life animal anatomy and ability to adapt it into fictional designs
• Portfolio featuring realistic creatures including viewport screenshots, wireframes, and texel density
• Proficiency in ZBrush, Maya / Blender / 3ds Max, Substance 3D Painter, and Marmoset Toolbag
• Ability to create clean topology suitable for animation, including deformations and rigging
• Understanding of technical constraints such as polygon budgets, LODs, normal maps, and baking

• Create high-detail 3D creatures based on concept art and reference materials, including realistic animals with modified features and original designs from scratch
• Faithfully match the concept art while filling in missing information using appropriate visual language such as anatomy, materials, and silhouette
• Define a clear hierarchy of details with well-defined primary, secondary, and tertiary forms
• Optimize models for real-time rendering without losing artistic integrity
• Collaborate closely with concept artists, technical animators, and game designers
