• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst or IT Business Partner.
• Experience in CRM projects (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Experience in application management and BAU service management.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud/data/integration environments (Azure preferred).
• Very good command of English language.

• Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Trade, Commercial) to translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Oversee the CRM system (Salesforce or similar) including changes, configuration, governance, and UAT.
• Manage the application lifecycle and maintenance of sales support systems.
• Coordinate integrations and collaborate with infrastructure and data teams.
• Work with vendors and supervise IT service providers.
• Participate in CRM transformation projects and data and AI initiatives.
