Senior QA Engineer (Manual)

• 5+ years of experience testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications
• 2+ years experience as sole QA leading a project and building testing strategy from scratch
• Strong manual testing skills with a "nose for bugs" and understanding of user experience
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and modern engineering stacks
• Ability to use DevTools and API clients like Postman for deep technical audits
• Practical understanding of manual testing in CI/CD pipelines and collaboration on release cycles
• Proficiency in maintaining test documentation and communicating results to stakeholders
• Mindset for risk-based testing and ability to articulate technical risks and quality tradeoffs
• Proactive, independent learner with continuous improvement mindset
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English

• Define and build QA processes and end-to-end test strategies for entire products
• Suggest appropriate testing tools
• Plan and execute testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
• Track, document, and report on quality initiatives
• Investigate product quality issues and collaborate towards resolution
• Champion product quality and evangelize QA best practices within teams and clients
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, define quality, and debug complex issues
• Learn quickly while working independently and reliably

This position is fully remote with a strong preference for candidates based in Poland (Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk) or Portugal (Lisbon).
