Frontend Developer (React)

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within Fintech, Finance and Banking markets in EMEA. They connect innovative organizations with top talent and conduct systematic market research to stay ahead in the digital recruitment space.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in production applications development in React ecosystem including UI/UX designing
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve and prevent issues in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript web development
• Solid understanding of building dynamic, interactive and high-performance web applications
• Experience preparing and delivering modern UI designs by translating product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
• Experience in DevOps activities like continuous integration and continuous delivery (optional)

• Lead UI changes and improvements to increase overall UX and application stability
• Participate in front-end architecture design
• Implement solutions according to best design patterns
• Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
• Manage changes through the service management lifecycle
• Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
