Analityk Systemowy (Mid)

apreel Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a System Analyst role focused on designing and developing modern and innovative processes for clients in electronic banking within an enterprise banking environment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in system analysis techniques and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of distributed IT system architecture.
• Proficiency in integration topics (REST API, Microservices, Web Services, SOA).
• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN.
• Experience with CASE tools and IT system modeling.
• Familiarity with Swagger, SOAP UI, Postman.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working in agile teams (SCRUM).
• Experience in planning and executing tests independently.
• English language proficiency in writing and speaking (minimum B2).
• Willingness to develop competencies and share knowledge within the team.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with documentation.
• Good work organization and attention to quality and timeliness.
• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education in IT.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing mobile applications using REST services.
• Knowledge of modern design patterns.
• Knowledge of PlantUML tool.
• Ability to design microservices-based solutions and document REST services using Swagger/YAML.
• Knowledge of UX/UI topics.

• Analyze requirements, including specifying and documenting functional requirements in cooperation with business units.
• Design and prepare technical specifications for system changes considering security and performance aspects.
• Design, develop, and build modern and innovative processes for clients in electronic banking.
• Work in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Agile PM).
