Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of project experience in SuccessFactors as a Lead Consultant, including participation in at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors EC module projects and practical knowledge of this module.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Higher education (preferred fields: technical, economic, IT, mathematics, physics, telecommunications).
- Knowledge of integration issues related to SuccessFactors.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Development-oriented attitude.
- Communication skills and openness to knowledge sharing.
- Independence, accuracy, and commitment to assigned tasks.
- Very good work organization.
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly and draw conclusions.
- Driving license category B.
Nice to have:
- Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in additional SF modules.
- Very good knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules, e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, S&D, P&G, Time Management, LMS.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform.

- Implement SuccessFactors solutions and participate in business concept realization for Polish and international companies.
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a Lead Consultant.
- Actively engage in projects.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Support clients in SAP SuccessFactors modules under service agreements.
- Participate in building the SAP SuccessFactors team.
