Junior Business Analyst

• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
• Analytical skills, the ability to compile requirements and look for solutions
• Good understanding of business analysis principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent knowledge of software: Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Openness to learning about applications technology
• Ability to work in an international team, communication skills
• Organizational or Project management skills appreciated
• Experience in Requirements Analysis will be an asset
• 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or related field

Tool & Apps:

• Understands application dependencies after onboarding
• Manual testing of delivered functionalities
• Coordinates with IT on solutions to meet the functional requirements
• Maintains tools, assists users, solves functional problems
• Develops and delivers basic training

Project Coordination:

• Manages small projects or workstreams
• Animates deployment meetings
• Defines deployment plan
• Develops user manuals
• Monitors the timely resolution of reported issues

Business Analysis:

• Conducts requirements elicitation
• Facilitates communication
• Performs gap analysis
