Projects Coordinator – AI Solutions

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, synthesize large amounts of information quickly, extract key conclusions, and convey them in an actionable form.
• Effective problem-solving related to people, processes, and resources using logical thinking and common sense; ability to identify root causes rather than symptoms.
• Skills in prioritizing and planning projects or tasks to maximize return on investment (ROI); maintaining systems for structuring and tracking tasks and projects.
• Stakeholder management: engaging, informing, and gaining support from various stakeholders.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English languages.
• Minimum 2 years of documented experience in project management and business development.
• Knowledge of AI tools.

• Manage acquisition projects including continuous improvement of customer experience and business cooperation through regular monitoring, reporting, and implementation of actions.
• Identify new opportunities, develop preliminary scopes with key stakeholders, and set clear milestones aligned with the roadmap.
• Collaborate with various internal teams across the organization.
• Build relationships and cooperate with external partners in Poland on operational initiatives.
• Research and identify new business opportunities including partnerships, products, and services.
