Sparring Process Knowledge Manager with German

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related role, preferably within a SIAM or multi-vendor environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess knowledge gaps and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and methodologies, as well as ITSM frameworks like ITIL.
• Relevant certifications in knowledge management or ITIL Foundation Certification are preferred.
• English and German language proficiency at Level C1 is required.

• Identify and capture valuable knowledge from various sources, including documentation, subject matter experts, and service delivery experiences.
• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository that is easily accessible and user-friendly for all stakeholders.
• Work closely with service providers and internal teams to promote knowledge sharing and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management tools and practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Analyze knowledge management processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
• Advocate for best practices in knowledge management and ensure that lessons learned are documented and shared across the organization.
