Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. systemów WMS

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with WMS systems
• Practical knowledge of WMS integration with warehouse automation devices
• Very good knowledge of MS SQL Server including queries, stored procedures, functions, and optimization
• Ability to analyze warehouse processes and propose improvements
• Independence and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills and ability to work with business users
• Ability to read technical documentation in English

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems
• Knowledge of reporting technologies (SSRS, Power BI)
• Basic programming knowledge (T-SQL, possibly C#)

• Development and adaptation of the WMS system to company needs, including adding new functionalities and optimizing existing processes
• Administration and maintenance of MS SQL database, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
• Analysis of business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Collaboration with logistics and warehouse teams to implement improvements
• Creating reports and analyses supporting warehouse management
• Documenting implemented changes and procedures
