CLM Analyst / Consultant

On behalf of our Client a leading global consultancy and a powerhouse in Contract Lifecycle Management. This is a unique opportunity to work on large scale digital transformations and modernize how the world’s biggest brands handle their legal and procurement operations.

• Practical experience configuring at least one major CLM platform (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SAP Ariba, or ServiceNow for Legal).
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end contract lifecycle (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Execution, and Obligation Management).
• Proven ability to facilitate requirement workshops, map business processes, and draft high-quality BRDs or User Stories.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent command of English.

Nice to have:

• Product certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or similar tools.
• Understanding of data migration and integrations with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum).

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of CLM solutions across various industries.
• Design workflows, manage clause libraries, and perform metadata modeling within the platform.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
• Provide post-implementation support and offer continuous improvement recommendations to ensure long-term client success.
• Assist in user testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live activities.
