Must-have

• Senior-level Expertise: 5+ years of commercial experience in web application development.
• Gopher Mindset: Deep understanding of Golang, including concurrency patterns (goroutines/channels) and the latest features (Generics).
• TypeScript Mastery: Proficient in building complex React apps with TypeScript.
• System Design: Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database optimization.
• Software Craftsmanship: A "test-first" approach (Unit/Integration) and a commitment to SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Communication: Minimum B2 English proficiency and ability to articulate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Proficiency in GraphQL.

Your core challenges:

• Architect & Scale: Design and implement high-throughput APIs (REST/gRPC) within the Go ecosystem.
• Modern Frontend: Build reusable, strictly typed components using React and TypeScript.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize systems for low latency and high concurrency (Go routines, memory management, frontend rendering).
• Technical Leadership: Drive engineering excellence through rigorous Code Reviews, TDD, and mentoring within the team.
