Client: Miami-based startup in the Voice AI & customer service automation space.
The client develops an AI-powered platform that automates phone-based communication for customer service. The React-based application has been live for over a year and is used in 30+ locations.
Wymagania
- Strong experience designing web applications in Figma
- Solid understanding of design systems and UX principles
- Ability to work closely with developers (React, GraphQL)
- Strong communication skills in remote/async collaboration
Nice to have:
- Experience designing dashboards or SaaS products
Obowiązki
- Design and improve the dashboard UI/UX in Figma
- Create scalable design systems, reusable components, and clear design guidelines
- Work closely with the Front-end team to ensure seamless implementation
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and developers in an Agile setup
- Contribute to shaping the product’s look & feel, focusing on usability and clarity
Oferta
- Up to $5,500/month (B2B contract)
- Flexible working hours (only ~4h overlap with EST needed)
- Fully remote work
- Direct collaboration with the client’s product & dev team
- Initial 3-month contract with strong possibility of extension
- PM on our side to support smooth communication and workflow
