SAP PLM Consultant

Our client is a global leader in the installation industry. Due to the growing needs within the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of SAP PLM Consultant.

• 5+ years of experience as (SAP) PLM consultant.
• 2+ years of experience in Engineering Change Management and Change Records.
• Knowledge in ABAP debugging and development.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes related to Product Lifecycle Management (e.g., "Idea-to-Product", "Engineering Change Management" processes).
• Experience in configure and implement solutions in SAP S/4HANA related to Product.
• Experience working as a member of a global team.
• Speaking fluent English and optional German enabling you to communicate across the team.

• Full responsibility for PLM module support (including ECM and Change Records) and integration with MM and PP.
• Process analysis and optimization in collaboration with the business to define technical solutions.
• Participation in design and functionality decisions aligned with business strategy.
• Design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA PLM/ECM processes, including customizing and ABAP coordination.
• Support for SAP projects (implementations, migrations, rollouts) across all phases.
• User support (1st and 2nd level) for PLM topics.
• Preparation of documentation and guidance during UAT.
• Collaboration with global business and IT teams to ensure effective SAP usage and data integrity.
