Senior Change Manager

For our client, one of the Banking company we realize a recruitment process for Senior Change Manager role.

• Over 5 years of experience within change and release management area
• Higher education level within IT or project management or other similar fields are prefered
• Having practical knowledge of project management and being an expert within managing and coordinating technology change on the project
• Ability to work on business analysis and change impact assessment
• Knowledge of banking sector and z/OS mainframe area
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English spoken and written as it is an international set-up

• Change management for business process and technical changes
• Coordinate and facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
• Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
• Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users
