Superkami is a fully remote studio led by industry veterans. In 2021, they created "Sengoku Dynasty," a cross-genre survival-builder set in Feudal Japan, released in Early Access in August 2023, reached 1.0 launch in November 2024, and was released on consoles in August 2025.

• Experience producing cross-disciplinary teams in a creative industry

• Support the development team to improve individual and collective goal achievement
• Work closely with Lead Producer on documenting, planning, and prioritizing work

• Refine development pipelines and team processes based on empirical evidence
• Interface with the publisher and other stakeholders
• Perform other necessary team-support work
