Technical Project Manager (AI Systems)

Our client is an innovative AI-driven company focused on building and deploying “AI employees” that automate business workflows and enhance operational efficiency. They specialize in integrating cutting-edge automation tools and large language models (LLMs) to streamline client operations across multiple industries.

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or AI/automation systems
• Hands-on experience with tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering basics
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations effectively
• Ability to work remotely with time zone overlap as required
• Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operations

• Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes
• Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude
• Lead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflows
• Manage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing support
• Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
