Implementation Specialist (Warsaw)

Base has experienced rapid growth over the past three years, increasing revenue and its global customer base.

• Very good knowledge of Base
• Experience with implementing other B2B SaaS products is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
• Experience configuring online stores
• Very good communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Very good self-organization skills
• Experience and knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem
• At least basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2)

• Conducting implementations of the Base system for clients
• Supporting the design of optimal order processing workflows
• Integrating and advanced configuration of the system with online stores, wholesalers, marketplace accounts, and courier services
• Supporting configuration of the ERP integrator SubiektGT/NEXO PRO
