Senior/Lead Qt/QML Engineer with AI Productivity Focus

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong C++ skills including modern standards.
• Commercial experience in QML cross-platform development (minimum 1 year).
• Proven track record in developing Qt-based GUI applications.
• Practical experience using AI agents, LLMs, and prompting for research, code generation, and debugging.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and clean code.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 level) for client communication.

HMI Leadership:

• Designing and developing high-performance UIs using Qt/QML and C++.

AI-Driven Workflow:

• Using AI agents and tools to conduct rapid technical research, automate repetitive coding tasks, and optimize the development lifecycle.

Smart Design:

• Leveraging AI to assist in UI/UX prototyping and "AI-first" problem-solving.

Mentorship:

• Guiding the team on how to effectively (and safely) integrate AI tools into their daily work.

Client Collaboration:

• Gathering requirements and translating them into modern, scalable architectures.

AI Tooling Fluency & Augmented Engineering:

• Designing and building custom AI agent chains to automate complex engineering workflows.
• Using LLMs for rapid analysis of complex Qt/C++ documentation and technical specifications.
• Generating QML boilerplate, complex UI components, and C++ business logic using AI assistants.
• Leveraging AI to analyze logs, detect memory leaks, and suggest performance optimizations.
• Mastery of high-context prompting to elicit secure, production-ready code aligned with architectural patterns.
