Firma i stanowisko

Timebook.ai is building a product-led go-to-market function focused on creating 100 product managers who deeply love and advocate for their B2B SaaS product. The company emphasizes genuine expertise and deep understanding of customer workflows over traditional sales or customer success roles.

Wymagania

  • 2–5 years of experience as a practising Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience with discovery practices, including customer interviews, synthesis of insights, and opportunity prioritisation
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern PM tools such as Jira, Productboard, Dovetail, Notion, Miro, Linear, or equivalents
  • Ability to lead structured conversations with senior stakeholders and sceptical audiences
  • Strong written communication skills, including summarising research conversations concisely

Desirable, but not required:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles alongside PM work, such as consulting, pre-sales, training, or Customer Success
  • Exposure to product-led growth or enterprise SaaS buying journeys
  • Familiarity with AI-powered PM tools or workflow automation
  • Visible participation in PM communities (LinkedIn, Slack groups, newsletters, events)

Obowiązki

  • Conduct user research interviews with Product Managers to identify real needs, pain points, and workflows
  • Generate high-quality product insights based on conversations with users
  • Own and build the customer relationship from first contact through to full product adoption
  • Deliver highly personalised product demos based on the prospect’s real workflows
  • Analyse the customer’s current tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Notion, Miro) and position Timebook within that context
  • Communicate product value through real use cases, not feature presentations
  • Run hands-on onboarding sessions using the customer’s real data
  • Collaborate with users to achieve their first meaningful outcomes (e.g., insights, prioritised opportunities)
  • Guide customers toward their “aha moment” and effective product usage
  • Monitor trial progress and support conversion from trial to paid customers
  • Respond to customer questions related to product usage and product management practices
  • Build and grow the Product Manager community around Timebook
  • Invite high-quality users into the community and foster engagement
  • Contribute to discussions and support or host community events (e.g., roundtables, Q&A sessions)
  • Develop relationships with PM influencers and thought leaders
  • Share customer feedback, insights, and market learnings with the product team
  • Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, customer status, and competitive insights
  • Ensure high-quality data and knowledge sharing across the organisation
