The company has a ~15-person Revenue Team and focuses on acquiring B2B clients through strategic growth marketing rather than direct ad execution. Wealthon supports small and medium enterprises in Poland by offering a comprehensive ecosystem with flexible financing and business tools, backed by innovative technology. The company has been intensively developing since 2018 and is expanding its team.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing B2B.
- Practical experience with AI in marketing, including building AI workflows that save time or scale output.
- Experience designing go-to-market strategies and testing new channels.
- Knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Hub), GA4, GTM, and attribution tools.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads at a strategic level.
- Analytical approach based on data-driven decision making.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Nice to have:
- Professional experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services sectors.
- Experience with technical SEO.
- Knowledge of no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier) for marketing automation.
Obowiązki
- Generating and testing new hypotheses regarding customer segments, channels, and communication, and designing go-to-market strategies for new products and segments.
- Developing separate customer purchase paths for Financing (longer decision cycle) and Payments (shorter operational cycle) products and identifying innovative, untapped acquisition channels.
- Making decisions on marketing budget allocation, creating guidelines for performance agencies, and verifying their effectiveness at the business level (monitoring lead conversion to revenue), not just platform metrics (CTR, CPC).
- Using AI to scale marketing activities, including content generation, campaign automation, and intelligent lead scoring, as well as building custom AI automations (workflows).
- Conducting end-to-end marketing analytics, monitoring attribution from click to transaction closure in HubSpot, and reporting on business metrics such as customer acquisition cost, generated pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Managing SEO and content strategy focused on high conversion.
- Performing A/B testing and optimizing the entire marketing funnel (landing pages, forms, and calls to action).
- Ensuring continuous feedback loop between marketing and sales.
