IT Project Manager / PM (Product Delivery Leader)

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• English language proficiency at C1 level, capable of negotiating and presenting decisions to international clients.
• Proficient use of Jira, Miro, and AI tools in daily work.
• Ability to maintain composure, recognize processes in chaos, and confidently say "stop" or "let's do it" as needed.

• Start the day in the office with team coordination.
• Collaborate with developers who prioritize craftsmanship to deliver the best solutions.
• Conduct Discovery workshops with clients to analyze requirements and turn unclear ideas into concrete offers.
• Take breaks for shared meals and informal conversations.
• Focus on budget analysis, risk management, and backlog refinement in Jira.
• Hold one-on-one consultations with leadership to discuss development paths and current challenges.
