Project Manager

• Minimum three years management experience in IT, including development work and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of software development and deployment industry standards.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members, vendors, and management.
• Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Project management skills to initiate and successfully complete projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• Proficient use of project management software (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artefacts.
• Experience creating proactive self-organizing teams.
• Continuous improvement attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering in environments with multiple development teams.
• Proficient in Polish language.

• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution.
• Professional Scrum Master Certification from accredited institution.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Italian.
• IT technical background.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, Kanban, SAFe, Azure DevOps, Scrum Artefacts Management.
• Familiarity with PMP, PSM, IT Architecture, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps Practices.
• Language skills: English (advanced), French (nice to have), Italian (nice to have).

• Manages assigned technical projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develops, maintains, and revises project proposals including objectives, technologies, systems, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages unforeseen delays and realigns schedules.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information for project status reports.
• Facilitates gathering and validation of project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project performance databases tracking progress and milestones.
• Ensures all parts of projects are processed and progressing according to timelines and deliverables.
• Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings and discuss project issues.
• Coordinates internal and external resources to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation.
