Senior CRM Solutions Lead (Pharma)

Galderma is a dermatology company present in approximately 90 countries, delivering a portfolio of premium brands and services in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. Founded in 1981, the company focuses on skin health and partners with healthcare professionals to meet consumer and patient needs.

• 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture and solution design, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Deep expertise in Veeva CRM (Vault, Align) and Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of CRM integrations and API management (Boomi, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and automation (e.g. Flow, Apex, Lightning)
• Solid understanding of data models, MDM, and HCP engagement
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance: GxP, GDPR, HIPAA
• Strategic thinking and ability to align CRM with business goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English

• Designing and implementing CRM architectures using Veeva and Salesforce
• Supporting Commercial, Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams with scalable solutions
• Ensuring seamless data flow across Veeva CRM, Vault, Align, and Salesforce Clouds
• Driving platform enhancements, automation, and integrations
• Managing CRM integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, MDM, Data Cloud)
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal governance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship on CRM best practices
