• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and configuration.
• Practical experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow configuration.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication frameworks such as SSO and SAML.
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow suites (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, CSM) is a strong plus.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and a consultancy mindset.
• Fluent English (C1).

• Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, and Lifecycle Events.
• Translate business and process requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Build automated workflows, service processes, and integrations with HR systems and enterprise applications.
• Enhance HR service delivery by improving usability, process efficiency, and employee experience.
• Participate in testing activities, prepare documentation, and support solution handover.
• Advise clients on HRSD good practices, platform capabilities, and optimal solution approaches.
