• Good written and verbal communication (clear notes, structured documentation) and a proactive attitude to reporting risks/blockers.
• Strong willingness to learn new tools.
• Interest in data platform engineering tooling and developer enablement (you don’t need to be a senior engineer—curiosity and learning mindset matter).
• English proficiency sufficient for corporate communication and technical documentation.
• At least basic python / java / bash knowledge.
• Basics of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Assisting with CI/CD topics under mentor guidance (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins): basic troubleshooting, small improvements, and validating changes.
• Supporting ad-hoc organizational tasks that improve team efficiency and reduce “manual overhead”.
• Supporting a data transformation program where we work with large-scale datasets: learning how platform decisions (environments, access, automation, standards) impact reliability, cost, and time-to-delivery when processing high data volumes.
• Supporting the team lead and the team in day-to-day coordination: improving ticket descriptions, tracking blockers and dependencies, and preparing inputs for status meetings.
