- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including password resets and software configurations.
- Use remote tools to troubleshoot and analyze technical issues.
- Escalate problems according to protocol while keeping customers informed.
- Maintain clear communication and update tickets and systems accurately.
- Take ownership of customer experience to ensure high satisfaction and quick resolutions.
