ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM/Enterprise Workflows)

The Application Business Line (ABL) in Poland is one of the strongest LowCode Hubs with over 400 professionals working with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. The role involves contributing to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems.

• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• Experience working across multiple ServiceNow domains such as ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Request Fulfillment, or similar core areas.
• Understanding of integrations, databases, and web service technologies (REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1), comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
• ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.
• Four years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Analyze business needs and propose effective platform-based solutions.
• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
• Support day-to-day platform operations and assist end users.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality improvements.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
