Business Transformation Director (Finance)

• 15+ years of experience in finance transformation with strong end-to-end process knowledge within finance (PTP, OTC, or RTR) and good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects across finance and accounting streams with full end-to-end accountability for project deliverables, team, timeline, and budget.
• Ability to shape transformation story and sell transformation projects leveraging available offers and products.
• Experience and awareness of RFI/RFP process, negotiation skills, executive presence, and managing senior stakeholders.
• High level of consulting skills including hypothesis-driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection and diagnostics, storytelling, and storyboarding.
• Continuous improvement, client value, and innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered.
• Ability to articulate the business case for change and implementation of recommended solutions.
• Experience in process mapping using Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, Aris (or similar) including BPMN notation awareness.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

• Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Managers in the successful development and delivery of project deliverables.
• Sell and deliver projects related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, and change management.
• Provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey using process and technology expertise.
• Interact with Client senior stakeholders and collaborate to complete assigned deliverables and drive transformation agenda.
• Keep abreast of technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest technology-related improvements.
• Build knowledge and understanding of market-leading assets and methods such as Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), S4 transformation, ESOAR transformation method, and RPA Technologies.
