Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Margo is an international consulting company working on ambitious projects, offering permanent cooperation and remote work with occasional office visits in Warsaw.

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years strictly in Agile leadership roles within large-scale tech environments.
• Background or deep familiarity with Azure DevOps, Data Factory, LogicApps, and Cloud databases (CosmosDB/SQL).
• Hands-on experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model and managing "Scrum of Scrums."
• Ability to balance a "Coaching" mindset with a "Delivery" mindset, caring about team health and roadmap execution.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level.
• Preferred certifications: PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, or ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching).

• Lead the operational setup and optimization of Agile Tribes, facilitating all ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Design and maintain scalable delivery models, translating high-level stakeholder goals into actionable backlogs and managing dependencies across multiple squads.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization using advanced techniques like User Story Mapping and WSJF.
• Proactively identify and clear bottlenecks in a complex technical environment involving high-scale data replication and cloud-native services.
• Evangelize Agile and DevOps values beyond the team level, conducting workshops on team autonomy and lean thinking.
• Implement and monitor data-driven metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burn-up) to provide transparent progress reporting to senior management.
