AI Transformation Lead

GoMining is an international crypto company reshaping Bitcoin mining through its Liquid Bitcoin Hashrate (LBH) protocol. The company creates Digital Miners, develops the LBH protocol for DeFi products, and offers Miner Wars, a Play-to-Earn strategy game. GoMining operates proprietary data centers with independent energy sources and has over 3.7 million users worldwide. It is active on Ethereum, BNB Chain, and TON, and listed on major exchanges like Bybit and MEXC.

• 4+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Program Manager, Head of Automation, Product Operations Lead, Digital Transformation Manager, Technology Consultant, VP Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience creating and implementing AI systems, internal assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, workflow automation tools, or other internal platforms.
• Experience launching and scaling transformation initiatives across a company.
• Strong understanding of AI architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience with LLMs, AI tools, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• English level B2/C1.

Technology Stack:

• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Golang.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with LLM and AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain / LangGraph, n8n, or similar.
• Experience building AI assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, workflow automation tools, or multi-agent systems.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and search across internal data.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3, or fast-growing tech companies.

• Analyze business processes and identify where AI and automation can create the greatest impact.
• Build and develop the company’s AI transformation strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, implementation speed, and ROI.
• Launch and scale internal AI solutions for HR, marketing, customer support, analytics, operations, and product teams.
• Participate in the creation of AI assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, reporting tools, and other internal systems.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish processes, best practices, and standards for using AI across the company.
• Train teams and help increase adoption of AI tools.
• Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Regularly prepare recommendations for leadership on new AI and automation opportunities.
