Manual QA Engineer

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software tester
• Knowledge of testing principles, techniques, and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Postman and SOAP UI
• Practical experience with SQL databases
• Theoretical knowledge at the ISTQB certification level
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture (REST, event-based)
• Ability to analyze logs and identify issues (e.g. OpenShift, ElasticSearch)
• Experience with MongoDB (writing simple queries)
• Willingness to grow in test automation
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Experience with Jenkins (running jobs)
• Ability to analyze test reports (e.g. Allure)

• Creating and maintaining testing standards
• Collaborating with software development teams
• Participating in project delivery and deployments
• Ensuring timely execution of testing activities with high quality
• Analyzing requirements and designing test cases and test scenarios
• Performing software testing (functional, regression, end-to-end)
• Analyzing test results and identifying defects and issues
