QA Automation Engineer

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing (preferably in a microservices environment)
• Hands-on experience in test automation (writing and maintaining automated tests)
• Experience with Karate or similar API testing frameworks
• Understanding of microservices architecture (REST, JSON, service communication)
• Basic knowledge of Java and willingness to develop skills in this area
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Very good English and Polish

• Creating, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts (Karate) for microservices-based applications
• Analyzing requirements and technical specifications in cooperation with developers and analysts
• Automating API test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage
• Working with SQL databases (writing and executing queries)
• Verifying and reporting defects, monitoring test results, and analyzing logs
• Collaborating with the team to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Actively contributing to the development of test automation strategies
• Continuously improving testing processes and sharing knowledge within the team
