Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Recruitment process consists of two stages:
  • A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  • An online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce 360 consultant
• Experience in gathering requirements, creating business and pre-implementation analyses
• Experience in servicing and cooperating with corporate clients
• Experience in conducting workshops for stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
