Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They support clients in recruitment and provide well-matched offers to candidates (body leasing).

• Recruitment process consists of 2 stages:
  1. Short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR department
  2. Online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis
• Knowledge of processes related to mortgage loans or experience in banking
• Very good knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-threaded project
• Experience in preparing visualizations of solution concepts (e.g., mockups)
• Practice working in Scrum methodology

Work mode is hybrid in Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Gdynia
