Change Manager

• 5+ years of change and release management experience
• Business analysis and change impact assessment
• Banking and z/OS mainframe knowledge/experience
• Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in Broadcom/CA Technologies tools such as Endevor, Telon, Easytrieve, TPX, CA Spool, and JCL Check
• Experience in facilitating information sharing and upskilling related requirements and activities

• Change management for business process and technical changes
• Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
• Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
• Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users
