System Analyst

• Higher education in IT (STEM)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business and system analysis, especially in internet and mobile banking
• Experience in projects related to web and mobile applications
• Good knowledge of login, access reset, device change, reauthorization, and access blocking/unblocking processes
• Experience with BPMN and UML (especially sequence diagrams)
• Proficient with APIs (REST, JSON) and system integrations
• Knowledge of security topics (MFA/SCA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT)
• Understanding of modern system architecture (microservices, web and mobile applications)
• Ability to analyze the impact of changes on systems, processes, and user experience
• Ability to identify risks and propose optimal solutions balancing security and UX
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking sector
• Experience with IAM/CIAM systems (e.g., Keycloak, ForgeRock, Azure AD B2C)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge of regulations (PSD2/PSD3, GDPR, EBA guidelines)

• Analyze and design login, authorization (MFA/SCA), and session management processes in web and mobile channels
• Translate business, regulatory, and security requirements into system requirements
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, security teams, architects, and UX/CX
• Model processes and architecture using BPMN and UML (sequence diagrams)
• Design and analyze system integrations and APIs
• Analyze the impact of changes on digital channels, customer service processes, and fraud areas
• Participate in audits, regulatory controls, and architecture and security reviews
• Identify risks and recommend optimal solutions balancing security and UX
• Work with Jira and Confluence tools

Work is remote with occasional visits to the Poznań office (maximum twice a month).
