SAP Functional Consultant

Sopra Steria is one of the largest players in the tech industry in Europe, known for consulting, digital services, and software development. The Polish branch operates as a Global Delivery Center in Katowice since 2007 with around 1,000 specialists. The role is for a client in the aerospace sector, working in an industrial environment and a multi-functional team across France, Spain, Germany, Poland, and India for a major aeronautical manufacturer.

• Proven experience as SAP Functional Consultant in Logistics.
• Expertise in SAP ECC WM/MM/SD modules.
• SAP configuration experience.
• Knowledge of logistics flows, stock management, and warehouses.
• Specification writing experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Strong “can-do” attitude and good communication skills.
• English B2/C1 level.
• Willingness to travel occasionally abroad and visit the office in Katowice.

Nice to have:

• Experience in EWM module (functional or technical).
• Experience working in Agile (SAFe & Scrum).
• EU citizenship, located in Poland, and willingness to commute to Katowice office.

• Collection and analysis of user needs within supply chain management.
• Propose technical and functional solutions with SAP ECC WM/MM/SD and/or EWM.
• Design logistics flows in SAP.
• Configure ECC WM/MM/SD and/or EWM modules according to business needs.
• Participate in testing phases for configurations and specific developments.
• Write functional and technical specifications (US/Features).
• Train end users on new features and processes.
