LLM Engineer

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or strong aspiration to take on a leadership role in cloud-based data and AI projects.
• Commercial experience in building Data, Analytics, or MLOps/LLMOps Platforms in the Cloud (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with Databricks, BI Tools, and Azure Machine Learning Services.
• Hands-on expertise in machine learning model lifecycle management, deployment, and monitoring in a cloud environment.
• Practical knowledge of open-source Big Data tools (Kafka, Airflow, Presto, Spark).
• +3 years of programming experience (Python preferred, Java/Scala also welcome).
• Experience in database development, data model design, and distributed systems.
• Strong business acumen and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in MLOps/LLMOps including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and monitoring of deployed AI models.
• Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Strong mentoring skills supporting other engineers.
• Passion for informal discussions over coffee or tea.

• Lead cutting-edge tech initiatives in the Azure Cloud using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.
• Own your work, influencing the project’s architecture, strategy, and direction.
• Play a key role in shaping MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, improving data availability, and ensuring seamless collaboration between analytics and IT teams.
• Join a team of customer-focused Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers to drive one of the most exciting products on the Polish insurance market.
