Project Manager Data Manifest & Scaling

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within the Data & Analytics Office, focusing on strategic change and impactful projects in a global financial environment.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a global financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of data management, privacy, and governance (preferred).
• Proven track record in delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, from ExCo to analysts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organisation with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Manage the full project lifecycle for complex, global initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and OKRs, and report status using programme-approved tools.
• Ensure alignment with the organisation's vision and contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned.
• Lead and motivate project teams, setting performance expectations and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers on resource planning and budget oversight.
