Integration Engineer (SaaS)

At Open Loyalty, we help companies engage and retain their customers with our robust toolkit of loyalty and gamification mechanics. The solution is used by 50+ companies from retail, insurance, and CPG sectors, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, JTI, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation. We are 50 loyalty and technology professionals who are here to disrupt the future of the loyalty industry.

• Experience working with a B2B SaaS product in a client-facing role
• Deep understanding of how REST API and webhooks work
• Deep understanding of various integration patterns (e.g., event-driven architecture, composable architecture, serverless functions)
• Knowledge of UML
• Experience in Whiteboarding
• Passion for working with clients globally and educating them about maximizing the Open Loyalty platform
• Analytical mindset to connect scattered client needs
• Ability to represent information clearly and cohesively using diagrams
• Fluent English (at least C1)

• Participate in the sales process and run workshops to help clients understand how they can integrate Open Loyalty with their stack using REST API and Webhooks
• Show potential clients the value of our technology through live demos and technical Q&A’s
• Conduct Business and System analysis for integration purposes
• Connect with CTOs, Technology Directors, Solution Architects, Developers, and Product Managers across a range of industries
• Be the link between the sales process and the onboarding phase, acting as a trusted counsel to clients from evaluation to integration and Go-Live
• Maintain a broad and deep technical understanding of our platform and the underlying technologies and protocols
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creating documentation and materials such as diagrams, tutorials, and guides about API integration
• Collaborate closely across teams: Sales, Product, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Marketing
