Dynamics 365 Integration Internship Program (He/She/They)

• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
• An active student status or technical degree and availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals (C# required).
• Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and client‑server communication.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL basics are sufficient).
• Strong interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365, system integrations and APIs.
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand data flow between business systems.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Basic experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with basic event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of authentication concepts (OAuth, JWT).
• Interest in business applications (CRM / ERP) and integration platforms.

• Learn how to design and support system integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Assist in building and maintaining API‑based integrations between Dynamics 365 (CE / Dataverse) and external systems.
• Gain hands‑on experience with Azure integration services such as Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid and Storage used in Dynamics scenarios.
• Learn core integration patterns including synchronous and asynchronous communication, basic event‑driven architecture and error handling.
• Support Dynamics 365 integrations in areas such as data synchronization, process automation and system communication.
• Get familiar with API security concepts (OAuth2, JWT) and integration best practices in Dynamics environments.
• Work in Agile, cross‑functional teams (Dynamics developers, integration engineers, QA, DevOps, analysts).
