Junior IT Service Desk Specialist (1st / 2nd Line Support)

• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and Windows OS
• Good work organization and analytical thinking skills
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication and reading technical documentation
• Interest in IT and willingness to develop in this area
• Basic knowledge of computer networks is a plus

• Support users within 1st and 2nd line support for the FRISTA office
• Contact with users via phone, email, and directly in the office
• Installation, configuration, and preparation of IT equipment
• Management and operation of IT devices in the office
• Handling tickets in the ticketing system: creation, updating, monitoring, and escalation
• Collaboration with other teams to resolve technical issues
• Testing application and system extensions
• Participation in improving current IT support processes
• Creating simple instructions, manuals, and training materials for users
