Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems / Business Applications / ERP
- Hands-on experience in roles such as Systems Analyst, ERP Consultant, Application Manager, Service Delivery Manager
- Experience in a manufacturing and international environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Power BI / data analytics
- Understanding of application architecture and system integrations
- Experience in managing application lifecycle and service quality
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles (incident, change, release)
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Higher education in IT, management, or a related field
- English at minimum B2 level
Optional:
- Experience in application portfolio management
- Experience working with ERP and business solution vendors
- Knowledge of security and compliance in application/data environments
- Additional language skills (Polish and/or French – min. A2)
Obowiązki
- Lead and develop the Information Services (IS) team, including business analysis and application development
- Manage and evolve enterprise business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Power BI / Fabric data platform, AI-based solutions (Copilot Studio, AI Foundry), and other applications supporting operational and corporate processes
- Own and drive the application roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Ensure effective application support for key business processes (production, logistics, sales, finance)
- Manage the full application lifecycle (ALM), ensuring service quality and continuous improvement
- Oversee project and demand portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business value
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (process owners, management), IT teams (infrastructure, cybersecurity), and external vendors and service providers
- Participate in OPEX / CAPEX planning for applications and data initiatives
- Act as a bridge between business and technology
