• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills in enterprise environments
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical architecture
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow suites (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML)
• Relevant certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA) are an advantage

• Define end‑to‑end architecture across business, information, systems and technology
• Design ServiceNow‑based enterprise workflows and ITSM solutions
• Provide consultancy to senior stakeholders and guide technical decisions
• Lead architectural governance and act as design authority
• Support bids, proposals and pre‑sales engagements
• Drive innovation and contribute to new digital solution offerings
• Support delivery of complex, large‑scale platform implementations
