Data Scientist

Kyotu Technology is a boutique software house based in Wrocław and Warsaw, working fully remotely or in hybrid mode across Poland. They focus on long-term, high-quality engineering and building complex, production-grade systems with real business impact.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with data analysis and data manipulation (e.g. Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in building and evaluating ML models
• Experience working with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Understanding of statistics and data modeling
• Experience in data visualization (e.g. Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions
• High level of independence and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• English at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
• Experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Basic knowledge of software engineering practices

• Develop data-driven solutions across predictive analytics, machine learning, and data processing
• Work with data end-to-end, from exploration and modeling to deployment and optimization
• Build ML models, analyze complex datasets, or support product teams with data-driven insights
• Collaborate in Agile environments valuing ownership, collaboration, and high-quality solutions
