Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with German

• Experience with IAM tools.
• Basic knowledge of Windows AD, UNIX, and z/OS.
• Basic knowledge of authorization management.
• First professional experience in support.
• Language requirements: German or English; German is required for technical lead roles, roles with communication interfaces to end customers, and project-specific reporting.
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), including understanding of machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing, and experience with AI tools and platforms.

• Ensuring operation and management of all component instances connected to the central IAM system.
• Ensuring availability of all BRM components connected to IAM systems.
• Performing timely fault and error tests according to the operations management manual.
• Onboarding and offboarding employees per client specifications.
• Conducting communication as defined in the Operations Management Manual.
• Configuring, scheduling, and activating ticket creation for target/actual comparisons on all target systems connected to IAM.
• Supporting Incident, Service Request tickets and issues (e.g., ARS and Service Now).
• Managing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tasks.
• Preparing documentation for audits and certifications, including creation of populations and verification documents.
• Supporting inspections and preparing training and information events for BRM GRC tasks.
• Managing BRM Recertification campaigns, ensuring timely and complete semi-annual recertification.
• Checking functionality of tools and reporting to recertification management before campaigns.
• Data cleansing for recertification campaigns based on data quality reports.
• Collecting and tracking unconnected components/instances and importing authorization data manually.
• Documenting manual recertification data deliveries comprehensibly.
• Preparing and providing all necessary final reports and documentation with proper filing.

Additional responsibilities for Lead L3:

• Governing overall BRM operations and leading the team.
• Ensuring quality deliverables.
• Conducting weekly status meetings.
• Implementing coordination meetings for BRM GRC tasks.
• Conducting Lessons Learned meetings after each recertification campaign.
• Coordinating clarification of tenant assignment of functional users on customer systems.

This position requires German language proficiency for technical lead roles, communication with end customers, and project-specific reporting. The work schedule includes shifts and on-call duties according to specified hours.
