AI Agent Engineer

• Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (or similar conversational AI platforms).
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts (RAG, prompt engineering).
• Understanding of ethical AI principles (bias mitigation, transparency).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and API integration.
• Experience designing conversational flows and optimizing UX.
• Programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript (a plus).
• Agile experience and familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Design & Develop AI Agents – Build and maintain intelligent solutions to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
• Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio – Create and optimize AI agents with seamless integration into existing systems.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver robust AI-driven solutions.
• Continuous Improvement – Monitor agent performance, analyze feedback, and implement enhancements.
• Ensure Compliance & Security – Adhere to data privacy and security standards.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Produce technical documentation and best practices.
• Stay Current – Keep up with AI, ML, and conversational platform trends.
