Wymagania
- At least 4-5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors, preferably as subject matter expert.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably including the LMS module and integrations.
- A passion for IT, AI and digitalization.
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage own activities and deliverables.
- Eagerness to learn, grow skills and take responsibility.
- Previous experience working in a global organization is an advantage but not required.
Obowiązki
- As a Module Owner of SuccessFactors modules, continuously assess and enhance the value of our existing platform to ensure it supports our people and business needs.
- Lead initiatives where you identify needs and solutions from idea to Go Live, including requirement gathering, solution design and ensuring quality in execution.
- Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands and provide inspiration to find the best solutions and create the best user experience, working closely with our third-party vendor to ensure inspiration and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of digital enablement of HR processes to fit our company strategy.
- Secure that the data quality in the HR systems is always at the highest level.
