SuccessFactors Module Owner (HR Systems)

In Krakow, we contribute to this mission by delivering best-in-class operations and advice to the Lundbeck Group in the areas of Accounting to Reporting, Procurement, IT & Business Process and System Support, People Services, Legal, Compliance & Sustainability, as well as Process Excellence & Transformation Department and others.

• At least 4-5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors, preferably as subject matter expert.
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably including the LMS module and integrations.
• A passion for IT, AI and digitalization.
• A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage own activities and deliverables.
• Eagerness to learn, grow skills and take responsibility.
• Previous experience working in a global organization is an advantage but not required.

• As a Module Owner of SuccessFactors modules, continuously assess and enhance the value of our existing platform to ensure it supports our people and business needs.
• Lead initiatives where you identify needs and solutions from idea to Go Live, including requirement gathering, solution design and ensuring quality in execution.
• Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands and provide inspiration to find the best solutions and create the best user experience, working closely with our third-party vendor to ensure inspiration and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of digital enablement of HR processes to fit our company strategy.
• Secure that the data quality in the HR systems is always at the highest level.
